I have been a member for years and always had great service. Since the cyber attack I am still waiting for reimbursement of medical fees that I submitted in March, I have now got my premiums increased by $13 a fortnight and then final straw today I receive notice that I owe them money for them not withdrawing my premiums correctly. I strongly recommend if you are considering Accuro do not!! I have spoken to management who can't even give me an estimated time frame for reimbursement of my costs. Definitely the worst insurer I have ever dealt with.
Never have I had such trouble getting in touch with Accuro. Not accepting calls, not responding to emails nor actioning simple requests. Their cyber attack has totally smashed their business. Really sorry for them but their business resilience is simply not up to scratch tbh. Got an auto email response explaining they’re running 2 months behind in processing emails….how on earth can they manage their customers and policies if there’s a 2 month lag?
The worst insurance you can get! After a "cyber attack" who makes impossible to connect on my account. I have to ask many time to cancel my payment. When I finally got an answer who say they are stopping it. I still got payment taking on my account after two month. I tried to contact them many time again with no answer again! I'll recommend anyone to run away from this stealer and useless company
disgraceful shambles following the cyber attack last early November. Still waiting for claim payment of $170 to my gastro to be paid 6 months down the line. They still seem to be managing to take my premium of over $700 per month. Avoid like the plague I have cancelled my policy, which I had had for 18 years.
Today is 1/05/23Went on the website to get a quote, but get a quote function not working. Called and no one available to take call, no callback functionality, says to go to website. Website says email, so I email and receive a response that that they are working only up to responding to emails received from 13/03/23 and to call if urgent. I assume they don't actually want customers. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Worst insurance company Treat customer like a dirt and only concerned about premium collection. Customer service not even worth discussing and won't respond to any questions and comes out with a standard reply "send an email to claims". Avoid it all together
If you are happy to wait on hold all day then this is the company for you. There is obviously no one answering the phones but keep un on line saying thanks for your patience I sent them an email about it They are 2 months behind with email so suggest I call the number that no one is answering In the past they have been great Now not at all sad to say
Pathetic service. I have requested to cancel my policy, no response yet. They owe me two premiums payment refund because I did a manual transaction, which for some reason is taking over a week to show up?? Deb told me that I would not be charged anything above my premium amount because I had already paid it.
Can't even access into my account for more than 6 months. Had to email them to lodge a claim and had to wait more than a month to get their response. Very inconvenience.
Poor service. Wrong disclaimers. I have canceled my policy due to the poor service and called back the next day to re activate it, however they never did. Claim processing time is poor and not up to standard. In conclusion they are here for business and not to protect the clients. NOT RECOMMENDED
