Jason and his team are fantastic, we received straight forward practical accounting and tax advice which made us feel more confident making business particular decisions.
Terrible service. Did my account but then I had to chase them for when and how much to pay. They set it up so IRD sent the my reminder then to get all my reminder dates then, which they didn't pass on so I missed important filing dates with large penalties. When I asked why the lack of communication they just offered to drop me as a customer instead of dealing with their mistakes.
