I have had my returns done at accountancy service Mt Isa for over 10 years and the service and staff have always been excellent, that's why I went back this year. Rude shock, the accountant tim sat with a smirk on his face the whole time. Since then, they've lied to me about when I'm receiving it, hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. No one would answer phone, someone finally answered about 9.30 and just tried to bamboozle me with BS. I feel like it has totally lost the quality service that use to be offered at this organization. Word of mouth works better, so, I will be doing that also.

Wonderful will use  him next tax time

Love the staff they are excellent, highly recommend visiting for your tax returns
