Bought a pendant light fitting from Access Lighting and had it shipped to Adelaide. The process was very easy with the light arriving within a few days. I didn't check the light for damage when it arrived as we were in the middle of major renovations and I thought it was safer in the box. However, when we came to install the light (3 months after receiving it) we realised that one of the arms had snapped. I contacted Access Lighting and they sorted the issue out immediately and had a replacement arm sent to me within 2 days. We now have an awesome pendant light in our entrance hall. Thank you Access Lighting team!

WAS LOOKING FOR A GLOBE ALL AROUND PENRITH AND THESE GUYS WHERE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAD IT
