To whom it may concern,  I requested an online delivery for today being the 26th July 2021.  My order number was #1120  I am not happy with the service I got, previous occasions its been outstanding.  The address was wrong, it was 143 Mary Street not 134 as stated on the card, amazed it even got there The content's of the basket where appalling, for my $220. I ordered  a large, because on previous occasions it was fantastic. I could have shopped at the local dairy and spent $50. There was also rose prunings in the basket.  This was a gift for my husband for his birthday as I couldn't be there due to the trans Tasman bubble being  paused again.  Slightly disappointed is an understament since the purchase cost me $240 in total.

Was in an absolute panic due to being super busy at work and needing flowers sent within Australia for my daughters birthday - as always thought of Geva at Accent4flowers and rang her!! Geva sorted the most beautiful bunch of flowers and cute little teddy got it all delivered and just made my life so easy!! The flowers were exceptional and the ease of it along with Geva’s magic just made my daughters birthday away from home special for her!!  Cannot thank you enough - would never go anywhere else x

Ordered flowers online - took 2 weeks for delivery.  When I phoned to complain, said it wasn't their fault.  It was the website providers and there was nothing they could do about it.  Could've been really awful if the circumstances had have changed since the order.  Should've contacted as soon as problem noted, not just sent them.  Never contacted - I had to make the contact.  No refund offered either.

Have ordered flowers from accent for flowers for years, lovely customer service, super helpful staff, just an over all wonderful business. My partner ordered me a bouquet from here recently and it was the most beautiful bunch, very impressed

Recently while I was  in hospital my family sent me  a gorgeous bouquet of flowers which were ordered from Accent 4 Flowers. They did an absolutely superb job. I would highly recommend them.

What lovely ladies who went out of their way to do an arrangement with something they had never encountered before. They thought creatively about it and the final product was fabulous.  Thank you.
