"In 2006 Darrin & Abbey took over the Acacia Ridge Pet Motel, renaming the boarding kennel as Acacia Ridge Pet Resort and giving the whole facility a makeover. Additions included three large grassed dog exercise yards, a cat playground, 8 luxury suites for pampered pooches and 13 feline luxury suites.We love what we do which is apparent in every aspect of the pet resort. We are proud members of the Queensland Association of Pet Boarding and Grooming.In the last 13 years the boarding facility's reputation has blossomed to be one of the best pet boarding kennels in Brisbane. Our two fur girls recently stayed at Acacia Ridge pet resort. They were absolutely amazing. The team there are so caring and wonderful with our girls. They have stayed there in the past and the team remembered our girls like they were their own dogs. Our dogs had the best time and they came home having had a bath and smelt amazing. It was such peace of mind knowing our dogs were loved while we were away and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I left my dog and my cat here for four weeks and extremely happy with the service. Lovely and caring staff who answered my emails quickly and even sent me some photos of my sweeties. My dog didn’t even lose weight and my can even gained weight. Both looked healthy when I picked them up however my dog seemed sad at the first sight that could be because of leaving her alone for a long time.
Shelby & Stella recently stayed at Acacia Ridge Pet Resort. This was there first stay over and they came home smelling beautiful after there bath and both very happy. Thank you for taking such good care of them and also the friendly service.
My dogs recently returned after stay in the resort symptomutic on kennel coughing. I would appreciate if stuff paying more attention to health of animals the resort accommodates. We paid 320$ for four days accommodation and 350$ for a vet bills. Not great experience!
Reliable and professional pet boarding service, have used them for years. Our dog loves his stay here.
They're brilliant people my cat stayed there like for a couple of days or a week. And I've got no complaints.
If you feel like entertaining the kids, look no further ! This shop is a one stop shop with amazing products to buy for your pets but also ! They have a horse, pony, puppies and pigs all available to interact with. I love visiting Linda and her animals.
So happy with the facilities and the lovely staff, after a previous bad experience at another "resort". Happy cats to come home to, definitely would use again and recommend.
Acacia Ridge resort is by far the best we had to put our dog in for 2 weeks and we received updates when ever we asked she was loved like she was at home. And best yet she smells amazing because they gave her a bath before we picked her up definitely use them again if we need
We have been taking our two dogs to Acacia Ridge Pet Resort for a couple of years and we have been so happy with how well looked after they are. We had them in recently and one of dogs became unwell. The response from the staff was so caring and compassionate and they went over and above with making sure our beautiful dog got seen by a vet as soon as possible and looked after. Things could have been much worse if it wasn't for their quick response. They communicated with us every step of the way, sent our dogs favourite person Erin with him to the animal hospital and took wonderful care of our other dog that was missing his brother back at the kennel. Being away from your dog when they aren't well is really hard, but we were so reassured by the wonderful care he was being provided with. We are so grateful and appreciative to the wonderful staff. They are all such kind and caring people! We would highly recommend this pet resort!
