Food is nice and authentic Japanese chef. However service is very slow on several occasions when we were there for lunch. Waited for almost an hour each time. Got offered one free side dish during the wait, but still very long wait. Need to hire more staff.
The food was extremely good when we finally got it. It came in dibs and dab's until the wife complained then it got better.
Andre and his team serve up excellent Japanese cuisie with a very personable service. Definitely one of the better if not best in and around the Gordon area. If you're interested in some authentic Japanese - you must check it out.

A good upmarket dining Japanese restaurant. Food is delicious and service is excellent. I would love to see some more variety or changes in their menu after dining there for over 3 years now. Worth the visit.

Great location and atmosphere at the Acacia Modern Japanese Dining. Good is fresh and presented simply, using the Japanese style of adding very little to the main ingredients, yet still coming up with delicious dishes. Good selection of drinks and reasonable in price.
