Acacia Beauty Salon has so many things going for it, and there are some basic things that can be done to make this experience stellar. The experience upon entry is so soothing, the sound of the fountain, the rich fragrance that lights up the room. The welcome from the team is so lovely and they are each one warm and inviting. The overall experience is very nice, very nice. As mentioned, there are a few things that can be done to make this an outstanding time. -The pedicure chair was amazingly comfortable and relaxing. -The clutter on the desk can be reduced, thus making the entry experience, a little less hectic. -When a pedicure is done a pair of throw away slippers could be given increase the comfort of the experience. -There were some smudges and rough looking sections on the manicure, only as the consultant used up the entire bottle rather than getting a new one to keep the flow smooth. -The space could be better utilized to accommodate those getting serviced and the rest of the team. -The sound of the fountain soothed the entire building and made it enjoyable. With attention to these thoughts, this would be an amazing experience. I surprised my partner with a manicure and pedicure and these were her thoughts. I would like to thank the team for their help and wish them well.
