Picture tells a thousand words. I ordered Deluxe version of "Love Letters - standard" bouquet on the left. The amateur throw together bunch was delivered to my wife, extremely poor !!

Disappointing! I'm greatful I went there before the flowers were delivered. The photo on the website was nothing like the arrangement. The flowers were shriveled and brown and there were limited flowers in the arrangement compared to what was shown on the website. Will not be returning!

We have never felt the need to send a review before until we received some birth day flowers for my wife yesterday organised by her sister from the UK. Pathetic would be a compliment. Two storks, one broken, one looking far from heathy, arriving in a half size water marked open cardboard box with a tiny birthday balloon. For $60 we would expect more. We maybe would have let it go if they had been courteous enough to acknowledge the fact and appear to help or address the situation. Instead it was a basic "they are OK" even through they cannot see them. Maybe we were unlucky in this instance a d they do a fine job. Just be prepared to take the risk if yours end up like ours because they will not help you afterwards.
