Absolute indulgence? More like absolute snobbery! I was having a busy morning, and turned up a bit later than I’d anticipated, and the first words out of the smarmy girl’s mouth were ‘we’re a bit behind, I don’t think I can do your acrylics now, I’d need the full hour’. Rather than offer another service, which would have rejuvenated my confidence in her professionalism, all she had to offer me was an insincere smile, and the most patronising and false apology one could muster. I walked away, fuming at being treated so poorly. This establishment has just lost itself a customer, through sheer lack of professionalism by a single staff member. Amazing and saddening how one bad apple can spoil the whole basket. Never coming back!

Manicures and pedicures are relaxing, affordable and very well done.

I had an amazing experience here, the lady who tended to my hair brought it back from the dead and then some. Would recommend 110%. They are also very well priced for what you recieve. Expect the upmost respect at this place, and you will not be dissapointed by service or standards.
