Ordered white shelving as per their advertising, they sent "rose" coloured, (Beige), sent emails, they dont respond. Customer service is little to non existent.

What do i say and where do i start.. what a fantastic store to find exactly what you want and also with great service and great pricing I obviously have been buying elsewhere but in future will always come to Abscoe at yerongpilly and i highly recommend you do as well and dont waste your time like i did and receive smart comments at other stores I also will need more storage unit shelves which this place has them to that are built will and priced great I am extremely happy with my purchase and also saving heaps on other stores

Equipment of high standard. Ordering online is a disaster especially the duration of delivery and the office seems to be a shambles because the tracking nr of your consignment cannot be found or 'it is in the back but they are busy'. I would never order online through this company ever again. My consignment was ordered on the 23th of March and it was delivered to the wrong person. Not too much effort is done to solve the problem, the tracking nr I received was wrong. Probably the most frustrating online experience. Sorry guys
