Abs Gym is a newly established, independent gym, set up believing in affordable gym for all!
We are located in a Glenfield residential area surrounded by North Shore suburbs and we have plenty of parking. The gym is in a very prominent position upstairs in the old Georgie Pie building, instead of hiding out in some cramped industrial park. You can enjoy your workout in the spacious 440m2. The panoramic windows don't just provide awesome views, but also allow in lots of natural light and fresh air. It's the next best thing to exercising outdoors without worrying about bringing an umbrella or putting on sunscreen!
Here at Abs Gym we use mostly Precor and Cybex equipment, imported from the U.S. There are free-weights, machines and a separate cardio equipment area. Hasslefree door entry using biometric fingerprint technology.
