Me and my Wife have used Simon for a number of years now, he is quick, super helpful and knows his stuff.
My wife was recommeded to Nina, but who ever the guy was that she ended up with left her in tears. Arrogant attitude, no compassion, rude and abrupt. I thought you guys were supposed to help people not judge!
I dont give many reviews and only when I feel they are genuinely deserved.nI moved fm Noosa to Bribie for a year and also engaged with a new tax accountant for my small business and personal affairs.nNina has been amazing - easy to understand, knowledgeable, available and with competitive rates.nNow I've moved away from Bribie I am still drawing on Nina's tax advice and services which are probably the best I've experienced in my 60 odd years! Thanks to Nina and Simon.
Simon is a true professional in his field.nCourteous and full of knowledge, I always leave knowing that Simon has done absolutley everything he can to give me the best possible result.nThe only thing I regret is not knowing about 'About Tax' sooner.nCan't recommend them enough.
Having been to About Tax for my tax returns during the past 3 or so years generally I have dealt with Tina who is always more than helpful and a genuine person. Unfortunately on my last visit I had the misfortune to meet Simon, who judging from their website and in my experiences there, is the Owner/Boss. I was Enquiring to gain clarification regarding some information that I was told I was required to find so next It would b completely clear to me. Instantly I was met with disdain anger and a resentment like attitude against me for taking up his time, for which I just paid. Continuing with his customer service ,anger and patronising continued, culminating with him telling me that the tax agent up the road is really good, go to him from now on, basically go away. I apologized more than once calmly that I was sorry if I offended him or upset him with no reply in kind. I've left there feeling totally gobsmacked upset and hurt. I looked for other reviews, only 1 on Google Maps, Five stars!! ..from who?? Simon Darly ...figures
