I love About Life.. Yes, my be a little pricy but the whole concept is awesome and supporting local farmers. There is also selection of hot/ cold food including sweet treats all in healthy mode and juice bar serving coffee too. If you after your groceries, lunch or coffee defo consider About Life
wonderful store selling organic, eco friendly, sustainable and conscious products. there is also food and drinks available. there's self service where you can choose a container to fill with a range of different dishes hot and cold.
Love meeting friends here for lunch and coffees. There's plenty of food to choose from including the best raw desserts, at reasonable prices. A large range of alternative / healthy groceries too. It's pricey, but normal for these sorts of items.
Great help yourself lunch and breakfast bar, awesome options for and dietary requirements.. taste and smell great. Awesome range of groceries..
I love the concept and the range available in-store, but expect to pay a premium for this. The fresh buffet food is great when it’s great - but can be terrible between peak times, especially the meat! A saving grace is well marked dietary guide for any restrictions - but caution - sometimes these aren’t accurate when you look closely.
About life used to be a lot better although it is still a good organic place to shop for your groceries. They have a cafe with smoothie and coffee options as well as some food. I'd avoid the ready made food buffet judging by the number of people breathing all over it. Just buy ingredients and make your own!
