We stayed one night in a Queen Deluxe room. Great location, everything was nearby & easy to get to. Love the swimming pool. Thank you very much for supplying hand cleaner, shower wash, shampoo & hair conditioner. Shared camp kitchen looked good & was very functional. Very relaxing common areas. Staff were really friendly and accommodating for all our needs. Off-street parking was much appreciated.
Private room was very spacious, clean and equipped with a TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. Quiet times ensure rooms are quiet when trying to sleep.nnFree parking available.nGreat location close to beaches, coffee shops, public transport links etc.nStaff were all very friendly.
Lovely private room, kind staff and good location being very close to shops/beach. Aesthetically very pretty too!nnMy only advice would be not very solo backpacker friendly as it was very cliquey with long term guests usually taking over the majority of the shared areas. We spent most of our stay out of the hostel for this reason.

Really disgustingly dirty rooms. Horrible carpets, brown stains on all the plugs, walls and ceilings and bathroom hair and dust and mould on absolutely every surface. Looks nice and glossy on the common areas and outside then when you get to your room it's totally out of date and grimey. I've stayed at lots of hostels and this was definitely the creepiest.nnAside from this, customer service is fickle. I was advised I could check out earlier to cut my trip shorter and be refunded, then when I came back in the early evening told I was not allowed any more.. Wifi doesn't work also
