Able Air Conditioning

A HUGE thank you to Tony and his team! After meeting Tony at the Brisbane Home Show, I decided to ask him do a quote for us. I was really impressed with the options he offered. Installing ducted air conditioning in our home was always going to be challenging due to the raked ceilings and lack of roof cavity in the lounge. Our precious spilt system units were really old and one was in the wrong spot to cool effectively. We had previously had other installers come out who gave ridiculously expensive quotes and offer bizarre options to air condition our two story home. Tony offered practical solutions and installed vents in rooms where I had given up all hope of having aircon. He saved us money and made sure the system was as unobtrusive as possible. Bayside Air quote was significantly less expensive than other quotes and included more. The ducted system was installed in less than two weeks of us accepting the quote. I was so impressed by Bayside Air’s team of tradies. They arrived on time a few minutes early in fact. Every member of the crew was respectful, pleasant and answered our million questions without complaint. They helped us “oldies” with the app. Tony personally introduced us to every team member. The crew covered all the floors, stairs and beds before starting work, and vacuumed afterwards. I even saw one of the installers on his hands and knees with a spray bottle of cleaner and soft cloth removing dirt from the polished wood floor. My husband doesn’t even do that! They cleaned the spilt system units that we decided to keep too. The team didn’t complain about the hideous heat that they endured in our roof >40°C and were all so well presented. They engaged each other in happy banter and it was very clear they enjoyed working together and made a great team. Their pride in their work was impressive and they genuinely cared about doing a great job. The ducted system works so much better than we expected. How did we lived in this house for 20 years without it? Both Tony and Julie followed up with phone calls to check everything was okay. They really went beyond our expectations. The sent some out straight away to assess our needs . Then booked in a date to do the work required . The work was done on the day it was booked .
