I had Shannyn assist me and she was absolutely amazing!nnShe was very thorough and understood the brief of modern and gold. I am so excited with what I have picked out and I couldn’t have done it without her help, if I could put 6 stars I would, I highly recommend Shannon to anyone heading into ABI as she takes the time to get to know what you are wanting.nnExcellent customer service, excellent products, the showroom looks like a dream Pinterest board and everything is very well priced!

Beautiful products at a great price, but the real value is in their incredible customer service. I made a mess of my original order and ABIs customer service team fixed my problem quickly and without a fuss. A disastrous experience with another bathroom supplier meant I went back to ABI to order other items even though on this occasion the price was slightly higher. Great customer service, speedy delivery and quality, beautiful products are worth paying slightly more for the assurance of a satisfying buying experience. Wish I’d ordered everything from these guys and certainly will next time!

Thanks to ABI, and the very capable staff, my dream ensuite happened. I had wonderfull advise which began with my first contact and continued throughout the bathroom renovation process. We had a few delays in the area of plumbing and ABI halped us through and advised us of how to adjust our schdule of their product delivery.nI was also given some wonderful advise when purchasing my vanity and mirror. I was very reluctant when purchasing these, but through much discussion I was able to take the plunge, and we are extreemly happy with our choice.nWe are extreemly happy with our choice of tap,  shower, shower grate and drain cover,  basin plug, faucet and tap, towel rails, toilet roll holder and hand towel holder. But especially with the bath tap, faucet and plug! All of it is so beautiful and made all of my dreams come true.nThank you to the wonderful staff and the huge range they have!

ABI are fantastic. We recently purchased a double sink from them and I only purchased one waste basket. No longer than 5 mins later and I got an email from ABI stating there was only one waste for a double sink and would I like to add an additional one. Above this already great customer service, the same email included a free postage code so I didn't have to pay postage again for my silly mistake.nnWe also used ABI for our bathroom renovation a few years ago and the products are still in fantastic condition. Highly recommend!

I just had to share my amazing experience with ABI's Warranty team! I reached out to Alexandra in the Trade department about my warranty claim, providing images and a video for support. Sam, from the technical team was on it right away! The service was incredibly professional and timely, and it was such a pleasure to deal with them. I’m so grateful for their outstanding support and quick resolution! I've received my replacement items via express post in just a couple days. Wow, just wow * * * * * :
