This park is for sport not for dogs!!!!!!nn1. Safety Risksn- Injury to Children: Dogs, regardless of their size, can inadvertently cause injuries. A playful dog might jump on a child, knock them over, or distract them, leading to falls or collisions that could result in injuries.n- Aggressive Behavior: Even well-behaved dogs can become anxious or aggressive in crowded environments. This is particularly concerning with children, who may not understand how to approach or interact with dogs safely. Aggressive behavior can lead to bites or scratches.n- Distraction: Dogs running around on the field can distract players, leading to a loss of focus and potential accidents. Children may be tempted to chase after dogs, which can disrupt the game and increase the likelihood of injuries.nn2. Health Concernsn- Allergies and Asthma: Some children may have allergies to pet dander, fur, or saliva, which could be exacerbated in an environment where dogs are present. This can lead to respiratory issues, asthma attacks, or other allergic reactions.n- Zoonotic Diseases: Dogs can carry diseases that are transmissible to humans zoonotic diseases. Conditions such as leptospirosis, ringworm, and certain parasites like fleas and ticks can pose health risks, especially if children come into direct contact with dog feces or contaminated soil.n- Hygiene Issues: If dog waste is not properly cleaned up, it can lead to unsanitary conditions on the pitch. This not only poses health risks to children who may come into contact with contaminated areas but can also lead to the spread of intestinal parasites.
Beautiful park for daily outdoor activities. Plenty of beautiful Sulphur-Crested Cockatoos

Aberfeldie Park is incredible beautiful, with a great walking/running trail. The park has at least three nice playground for kids and a lot of space to exercise, picnic or relax.
