Many thanks to the team at Abel. We are so happy with our new patio. Fantastic design choice including pitching the patio above the roof and leaving space for air in the summer. Also we want to highlight Lyndon who was fantastic throughout the process. He showed unmatched pride and care ensuring every concern we had was resolved. Extremely attentive and responsive. Visited the site to ensure all was tracking well and ensured there was no damage to our newly installed doors and painted gutters. Lyndon went above and beyond in every moment he could and we are sincerely grateful. The installation team including Dustin really took care with ensuring no damage to our exterior and gave plenty of great suggestions. I felt they really cared about doing a great job and to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Abel to all who are considering a patio installation for themselves.
The Abel team were very professional from start to finish. They came out straight away to quote our unshaded area and showed us our patio design in 3D on the spot which really helped us understand how it would look in our backyard. Once we decided to go with them a site manager came to do the final measure and went through the step by step installation process with us which filled us with confidence that they would do a great job. The installers did a fantastic job and finished the job faster then expected. Now we are enjoying our beautiful patio area with a beer and bbq. I would definitely recommend Abel Patios to anyone who is looking for a company to install there patios.
I would give them a 100/100 if I could. The service & workmanship from the whole team at Abel Patios is second to none but I wanted to give special mention to Lyndon, who from the very start made me feel confident choosing Abel. I knew he was doing the best he could with every aspect, he was transparent & kept me updated throughout the process. He really works for you & with you, thats rare! The service & pride he presented gives me no hesitation to recommend Abel. I also wanted to thank Dustin & the install team, what a great working attitude & team you have! Especially rare to see these days, they all were 'Happy' to be working, displaying great pride in what they do Everything was left cleaner than before, it's the small extras that made it so enjoyable to have trades here : Not to mention the quality of the materials & no short cuts taken to ensure preimum results. Our Company engaged Abel Patios for a Commercial Patio Installation. Lyndon, Kim and the team were professional from Day one, bringing our vision to reality. The construction process was thoughtful and efficient with minimum disruption to the Tenants' businesses. The finished product was of the highest quality. We would recommend Abel Patios.
Cannot recommend this company. Multiple defects with “finished” patio and carport. Columns that weren’t straight, bowing structures, screws protruding through roof sheets and massive water leaks into the house from defective gutterring. To the company’s credit most issues were eventually rectified in the end but took 3 months of having the structure erected and torn down 3 times. Not a pleasant experience and therefore do not recommend if you want a patio/ carport done right the first time.
100% recommend this team! We got our new patio for our 1970's bungalow designed and installed by Abel Patios. From the very beginning planning stage to the very end these guys were simply amazing to deal with. Being in the construction industry myself these guys are 100% professionals and I'd recommend them to anyone! Well done team. We're planning the next one with them already
We received excellent service from the very beginning until the wonderful installation of our brand new patio. It's not very often you get service like this anymore. The staff were incredibly helpful at every step, from the initial quote, submitting all the council paperwork and then the installation team, who even cleaned up after themselves and left the site better than when they started. We absolutely love the finished product, thank you Abel Patios!!!
Abel Patios have just built a new carport at my place and, given their prompt, friendly efficient service, I'd thoroughly recommend them. From the first contact with their clear-speaking informative receptionist to the salesman and the two beauties who erected the frame + the two roofers as well as the chaps who checked progress, they were wonderful! Please note, Abel got the job after I'd spoken with 3 other companies who gave me the impression that they were overworked and worn out, which sapped my confidence in their ability to build a carport to my satisfaction. All communication with Abel was the very opposite, certainly made me feel like a valued customer right the way down the line. Excellent mob and excellnt job!
Highly recommend the team at Abel Patios. From our first consultation with Kim who made sure our patio extension was designed perfectly to fit with our existing structure, to Ben leading the install team who was fantastic at dealing with our queries and making sure the job was perfect and then the amazing install team who did an excellent job and the super helpful and friendly admin staff. We soon went back to Abel to have an outdoor wall put up which was just the cherry on the cake, and they did an amazing job at this too. I have high expectations and this team managed to exceed them that doesn’t happen very often I tell ya One of the best contractors I’ve had the opportunity to work with and they easily earn more than the max five stars.
Just wanted to thank Abel Patios for the tremendous work your team did on the louvre patio. It looks like new and beyond my expectation. Also, the consideration your team extended to myself in work ethic and in cleaning up. Much appreciation and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to install a patio.
