I’d like to acknowledge your wonderful salesperson Johan Roets. Johan recently quoted to have white shutters installed in my new ensuite. Johan was so easy to work with. His friendly natural way of making everyone feel at ease, his patience and ability to answer all my queries was very refreshing. Johan was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to any of my friends or family.
When I firstly made a telephone call to see if I could have an additional rod installed, I was told it was able to be done. I called in one day at the Wangara showroom and was told it can be done and was I able to bring in tHe blind. This was no problem, so when I took it in Vanessa was able to do it there and there. So don't trust some to a phone call, talk to the people at Wangara and they will give you excellent service. Thanks again.
Unexpected act of kindness.nWent in to see if we could purchase a small replacement part for the venetian blinds. Vanessa kindly gifted it to us at no charge. What great customer service. Thank you. We will be back later to get quote for outdoor blinds.
