We have buried two close relatives in the past year with Abbey Funerals and one 11 years ago. Every single funeral that they handled was perfect and everything we as the family could ask for. Every staff member was extremely accomodating and compassionate in our time of mourning. Special mention to Sofie, who handled our first funeral with Abbey and our most recent one. She directed everyone on the day of the funeral and handled all of our Macedonian traditions with ease. We did not have to worry about anything on the day as it was all extremely well handled by Sofie and the other staff. I could not be more grateful Abbey Funerals, and will continue to recommend them to others in their time of mourning. Thank you Sofie and Abbey Funerals.

Recently we dealt with Sophie from Abbey Funerals who I can't speak highly enough of.  She took great care of my Dad and her expertise and knowledge of Macedonian traditions was so comforting to us in our time of mourning. My family and I are forever thankful to George and Sophie who looked after our Mums funeral. It was a shock losing Mum and from the moment we sat down they both took special care to make sure everything was looked after, moreover they offered kindness and empathy and made sure my Dad, sister and I were feeling ok at every moment. Excellent service during our difficult time. Serafino was great in assisting with the planning and organising the day.  Emma, Steve, Sam and the others on the day were extremely accommodating and professional right throughout all aspects of the funeral.  Highly recommend.

Planning a funeral is potentially a stressful time but our experience with Fran from Abbey Funerals was so easy. My Grand Mothers funeral Fay Anastasiou was held on Friday 1 October 2021 and arranged by Tobin Brothers Thomastown. We were looked after by  initially by Adrian and then Sophie during the viewing and then the funeral. Sophie was exceptional. She provided guidance and sympathy on the day and went above and beyond what is expected to help my family with what we needed. We couldn't thank her enough.

Last week Abbey Funerals Thomastown arranged the funeral for my beloved father. They were very professional, kind, caring and understanding. I would like to extend a special thank-you to the lovely Sophie who looked after us during this difficult time. Her help, support, guidance, advice and understanding was very much appreciated.
