Abbey Archery has a fantastic range of products and the people there are really knowledgeable. Chris at the Castle Hill store spent over 3 hours helping me buy and build my first bow and made it an awesome and fun experience! He even gave me tips and pointers to improve my stance and shooting. 10/10!

A great dude called Michael just set up my new compound bow.... draw length, weight and timing.. fantastic results... definitely recommend this place!!

Great service from the Team. I bought a Bear Cruzer G2 bow and am very happy with the set up and service I received. The postal orders I have made have also been quickly delivered. Will not hesitate to go back again.

This is in regards to an order online I made a while ago but I feel as though everyone deserves to know my experience with this company to judge for themselves. I paid for a compound bow on their site to have it sent to me, on the site the bow was already made up with the attachments or so I thought. I paid a lot of money to have it sent to me, no dramas. The only problem being is that this bow was not in stock, which was puzzling to me as to why was this bow "available" to purchase on the site? I thought nothing of this at the time, until I was contacted via phone by the customer service team. This is ultimately where things took a sudden plunge, the gentleman who contacted me seemed upset or angry. Upon calling me he told me the bow was not in stock and he told me to choose out of 2 bows, I only asked if he had a recommendation in mind. In which he shouted "choose a damn bow", he then asked for the draw weight and attachments etc constantly angry over something. This whole conversation is among the worst I've ever had, I then said sorry if I somehow offended him but then he hung up. Upon arrival of my bow I noticed the draw weight was off so I had to travel to another town to get it changed and some items were damaged! Truth being told I don't know if this individual is still working at the customer service side of things to this day and I have not been contacted of the follow up involving the damaged items regardless of how many emails and phone calls I've made. Keep in mind this whole experience was a while ago, but this was my experience and I will share it to anyone who would like to know. Ultimately it's the business that suffers when the customer service is poor like this and I have to say I would NEVER bother to have anything to do with this company ever again.

Complete waste of time and money. I have lost $60 because the didn’t have the advertised item in stock. 8 weeks delivery time ( I assume ordering in from the US dealers ) got charged 30 bucks offshore service margins to place my online order only to find out the item was months away. ( they need a PayPal option) Cancelled the order to buy elsewhere instantly and got charged 30 bucks again to get refunded. Makes ya blood boil. These charges were from my bank/visa but it shouldn’t of happened in the first place. Please sort your stock list/stoketake our. Way better, clearer AU options out there. Complete and only disappointment :(
