I have been using Abbe as my carton supplier for around 12 months now, these guys have been professional and easy to deal with from day 1. Good quality product and no politics involved as i have experienced with other suppliers previously. Graham and Kim always contactable, happy to recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Packaging supplier.
As a small business owner, I understand that even when 99.99% of customers receive a very high level of service and everything goes precisely as planned, that final .01% seems to be directed at one unlucky customer, where everything that could possibly go wrong does go wrong to that one customer! As a business owner, it is a horrible feeling that this one customer has not received the usual high level of service that every other customer has received. In full transparency, this was my initial experience with Austcor for my first order... Everything that could go wrong, seemed to go wrong - and it was very frustrating! However, the Austcor team went over and above to hear my grievances, taking full ownership and restoring my faith that my initial experience was not the norm. The owner of the business personally called me on numerous occasions and generously offered a solution to rectify the situation and appease me. A special mention to Anthony Viola, who remained highly professional and polite throughout the process especially dealing with an initially grumpy customer!. The new boxes that Austcor produced for us are perfect, and I am absolutely of the belief that my initial experience was purely a case of .01% bad luck! My faith in the Austcor team has been restored and I will re-order from them once I have gone through this batch of beautiful boxes. Thank-you for your patience and post-sales customer service efforts, Austcor!

If you get product made regularly and just email order through they are excellent and quick. I told sales team years ago to not call me or communicate in any way as they were useless. Would have been 5 stars if sales team were any good
