The gentleman that was behind the counter was extremely helpful in product knowledge as well as common sense nutrition. Its because he has a background in nutrition, James is not your average sales rep. I spent about an hour learning about a better diet and what I may achieve with a few changes. James offered this advice for free, and I will take this advice and apply it as I nothing only fat to loose. James you are very good at customer service as well as offering sound advice for people like me that thought it was best to seek an expert as your self.
My dads been buying this C4 powder for 2 years now and i went in today to buy it for him took it home and opened it and it was rocks i had to stab it and the scoop was buried stuck underneath it all. Took it back and was told that i can stab it with a knife into a powder or put it in the fridge for 30 mintues and if it annoys me that much i can put it in the blender or come back tommrow to have a chat with the boss. Im sure if this was sold at safeways or coles as they do sell supplements they would of exchanged it no further discussion. Also there is a review from a week ago about the exact same thing happening. Should check the product before you sell.
Inadequate customer service. Bought C4 pre workout drink which supposed to be powder. But, it looks like a rock. When ask for exchange, reply: need to wait for owner, who is in overseas. Unprofessional. Force to go through credit card dispute. I physically went to your shop, say's no exchange policy. That is against Australian consumer law
All the owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. New owner Zoltan knows his stuff and is always up for a chat. The info he provides is spot on
