Have been using The Tax Shelter for over 5 years for both business and personal tax returns and bookkeeping. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Have recommended them to friends and family who've all had great experiences also! 10/10

Not overly thrilled with my first experience. Minimal to nil communication from accountant about how their system works and what information they needed after 5 minute phone appointment. Met 2 reception staff and both not friendly.

Awesome experience with the Tax Shelter. Luke had so much knowledge and helped include anything I was eligible to claim. Super quick turn around time with all my questions answered within the session. Hassle free and super convenient! Definately will keep coming back!

I can't comment on the previous two reviewer's experiences but I've had no problems with this company and have received only friendly and efficient service from them.  It's my belief that most people will only take the time to leave a review when they have an axe to grind - therefore, it would need a good deal more negative reviews for me to take notice.  I am happy with the Tax Shelter and they will continue to receive my business.

Luke has been doing our tax returns for the past few years, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, professional and super quick!
