Absolutely a shame !nnMy car had the engine which overheating and blown the head gasket.nThe problem was find on November the 19th.nI visited the auto centre on the 21th.nThey gave me an appointment only on December the 2nd. I get the point, because I know that there is a lot of cars which need to be repair.nThey told me that it will take 3days of work.nThey finally took more than 10 days to get the work done. And the worse still remains…nnAfter waiting my car for 10 days they charge me 800$ more than it was on my first quote.nThen, I took the car and it made a weird noise directly after the garage, few kms later the engine signal pop up once again to notify an engine failure.nI’ve texted the mechanic to have some advises about it and he never answer me back.nnSo at the end I waste a lot of time, I pay much more than it was supposed to be and the repairs were not made properly and complete.nI was never as disappointed about a car job ,nIf you have to go in a garage in Nelson please go anywhere else if you don’t want to be cheated.nThis is the last time where I go in an AA auto centre.
Had great service from the staff here when we had to drop off a camper with battery trouble for a friend who was ill. Quick and efficient and great comms. Thanks guys
Fast friendly service. No booking needed for WOF. Great service department.
If you want it done right, this is the only place in town to bring your vehicle. Reliable, competent and fully stand behind their work. Others may offer a more superficial look at WOF-time, but these guys will give it to you straight, and keep your vehicle on road the way it should be. I've been taking mine to them for the past 10 years, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
Useless even holding their membership. Made a booking 2weeks in advance where i had to take a leave from work and get organized. Gets a call on the day of the appointment saying they had to shuffle my booking because they are short staffed today. Incompetent and useless service center.
