Felt very comfortable they eased my anticipation for first experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the practictioner was fantastic very informative. finally an answer to root cause of my health issue that makes sense! after a bombardment of years worth of modern medicine and pharmaceutical companies with drugs that only masked the symptoms I feel fantastic after 1st session! Colonic's have save my quality of life, Lucy was very comforting and talked me through the whole process which was very reassuring. I would certainly recommend A1 to my family and friends or any one that wants to feel good from the inside, out.

I went to FTP clinic: You are advised to 'byo towel' or clean yourself with your gown- I was COVERED in lube and not even given a tissue but told to walk down the hallway to the one bathroom (they were not sure if the toilet was even working when I was having my colonic!....great). I was left in the room for 10-15 minutes during the procedure while the practitioner had to sort Colin out (the guy who went before he)-no doubt you'll hear about Colin if you go there. The practitioner was preaching about alternative therapy curing her father's cancer after he refused chemotherapy and saying modern medicine was a scam up make money. I could go on...I am not going back.
