Walked in with a backlog of 8 years taxes to do. A1 finished it up quickly and got me a nice refund. When CRA tried to make me pay money back for union fees being deducted, A1 took care of it and got it removed. CRA does this to me every year A1 has been excellent over the past 3 years 11 years' worth of income tax returns. Highly recommend!
I recently hired the team at A1 to assist with filing an estate return for my deceased parent. I was blown away by the warmth and friendliness, the level of professionalism and the degree of efficiency displayed by both Jordan as well as the reception staff. I made an appointment with Jordan and even though my taxes were quite complicated, Jordan spent 3 hours helping me with several issues. I am most impressed with A 1 Accounting Group.
I don't know how an accountant can properly complete a person's taxes when he isn't even capable of managing the books of one of his own companies, Mini Mix Concrete. Mini Mix Concrete aka Jordan Anderson owes multiple local companies money. As of today he owes my company thousands of dollars plus over 6 months of interest charges. Do not trust this scum bag to do your taxes ever!!
My wife and I have been going here for a few years now and never had any problems. We are sorry to hear some of the mishaps, but thats business. Takes a big man to admit mistakes and stand to them and correct it. As loyal customers we will be seeing you again this year.
