All happy when you are paying them regularly after that it’s Everyman for themselves can’t be bothered to reply to emails or voicemails to resolve issues I honestly give up with this place. Probably will get the email was in the spam folder reply from them so they didn’t see it or they couldn’t get through to my number Teeth shifted and the retainer made last time I came up did not fit properly hygienist even noted this on the system. No effort to resolve this now teeth have shifted wasted over 5k for nothing. Only plus side to this clinic is location this is close to Brighton so when you are depressed with the service here there is many pubs/bars to accommodate you.
The team at SmileWorks is exceptional. The professionalism, customer service and expertise throughout my treatment was fantastic. I had fixed Damon braces for 18 months and now have a beaming smile with the straightest of teeth! I couldn't be happier with the results.
Smileworks have been a client of mine for near enough 8 years now. I've been to the practice numerous times and all the staff are very welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist in the Brighton area, I would thoroughly recommend them!
To be honest I never really take the time to write a review but I feel this is a must.. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chrissy Hygienist and Simon Dentist this week. This is hands down the best service I have ever been given and throughout the practice everyone is hugely considerate and highly professional. They are sincere, conscious and incredibly experienced in their work. I cannot recommend SmileWorks Brighton enough!
SmileWorks is an incredible dental practice. Karin, Holly and Simon are all so friendly and Simon did a great job. I've had my braces off since December 2015 and I couldn't be happier with the results - my entire experience of having braces was painless and so quick. I would definitely recommend SmileWorks without a doubt.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough. After a years of difficult treatment elsewhere I was left daunted to put my trust in any orthodontist but the Smile Works team made me feel comfortable and confident again! I had fixed braces and I am just delighted with the result! Dr Simon Horsley is clearly passionate about, and extremely skilled at what he does.
I would just like to say that everyone at SmileWorks have been very helpful, friendly and professional, managing to arrange early morning and late night appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I would thoroughly recommend them. As a person that has always been terrified of the dentist, Simon has managed to put me at ease and cure me of my dentist phobia!
SmileWorks is a superb practice with friendly staff and an excellent dentist, Simon. All work I have had done has been completed to the highest of standards in a calm and clean practice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SmileWorks!
During the last 2 months I went through different services provided by this clinic - tooth extraction, hygienist, tooth filling and now I got braces. To be honest I thought I will never find such amazing clinic with so lovely and professional team. I definitely recommend it to you, they all know what they are doing. And I feel like a part of a big dentist family now. Thank you!
SmileWorks is one of the best if not the best dental practices I've ever been to. Simon and the rest of the team are all really professional and very kind - and the work they carry out is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
