A Top Pool & Spa have been servicing all my pool needs for about 18 months now. I'm really impressed with their genuine and honest service and they always make an effort to make each experience personalised. Notably, they service what they sell. We purchased a robotic cleaner from them and we've had some issues with it over the last 12 months. They've never tried to shift blame or wriggle their way out of getting it fixed. They've logged warranty calls with the manufacturer for us promptly and without hesitation. That's the type of service you want from your local pool shop!

We buy all our pool chemicals here and also get our water tested here. The lady who owns the shop is very lovely and always polite.

I have been using this for year. The service is always friendly and the pool analysis is good. They never oversell you, which I felt with other pool shops.

I would not recommend this pool shop. I only go there because it's convenient for my Buderim pool but I end up spending money I didn't need to spend. Have finally had enough. They know nothing about Magna pools. I recommend Swimart Maroochydore, Maud St. Very professional team and consistent results.

I first came here as a customer and then I ended up with a job! Beautiful family owned business, genuinely nice people who really look after their customers.
