We found A-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning to be most responsive, helpful and competitive in pricing. Our original gas ducted heating system broke down and we were advised by others that our unit was no longer worthy of repair due to its age.
We first shopped around before deciding to contact A-Temp. We spoke with Isaac, who came over to our home and confirmed what others had advised about repairs to our existing unit. We were most impressed with Isaac's knowledge and professionalism. In fact the replacement heating unit that was recommended by others, Isaac explained to us would not be efficient for our home and although he also sells that heating unit, if installed we would not be satisfied. We decided to make some further investigations, which we then found Isaac's advice to be correct. 
When we called Isaac back we were informed he was away overseas, so we left a message. Isaac called us back promptly upon his return and as the winter season was about to commence, in a timely manner he arranged for our new Lennox heating unit to be supplied and installed.
The cold months have now passed and we can honestly say Isaac's advice to us was absolutely professional and correct. 
We are more than satisfied - so much so that we requested Isaac to attend to our parents home as their heating system by sheer coincidence also seized and required replacement. Again, Isaac was timely and provided a high level of service. 
We would give Isaac of A-Temp Heating and Air Conditioning a rating of more than 5 stars if this was available.

What a great experience we had with this company! From just a phone call to ask regarding evaporative cooling, to the more than knowledgeable Steven explaining the new Bonaire solar system, to Zolt promptly visiting us for a more than reasonable quote, to finally the boys and their team installing our system. More than exceeded our expectations guys so thank you! Highly recommend this team!

Do not use these guys. Happy to take your money and very quickly come and install a new unit but when a problem arose with the units performance which became quickly apparent  they took no responsibility, did not return calls and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Where is the zero star button?

NEVER A PROBLEM .....I have been dealing with A-Temp for 25 years. They have installed all our heating and cooling. They have provided us with excellent service, and advice. We have just ordered a cooling split system for the back of our house. We highly recommended this company..

The owner came to perform the appraisal and supervise the install. The user experience is an under powered heating and cooling product. Ducts and vent installed do not seem new and clips broke. I would be careful what they install in the roof.
