My partner ordered flowers for Valentines Day to be sent to my office in Richmond, 2 blocks away from the shop. He paid for the VIP express delivery option so I would receive flowers before the regular deliveries. He rang them at 1.30pm to ask why I had not received them yet and they informed him they were on their way. I left work at 4pm with no flowers, my work colleagues left at 5pm and informed me no flowers had been delivered. So my partner paid for flowers and express delivery but got nothing delivered! He has not been able to get in touch with the shop to request a refund. Terrible service! I wish I could give zero stars!

Thankyou for the flower arrangement that you guys made up for my daughter, it was stunning, I loved the vase with the mesh bag too, it really set the arrangement off. I've had several other bunches made up for me since and again, just gorgeous! You guys do such a great job and put so much passion into it, if I ever get married, you will be doing my arrangements. Thankyou again

We are a corporate office and at Reception are unable to take deliveries, so we direct them to the mailroom (less than a minute's walk away). A flustered delivery lady in the Scent of a Rose uniform was trying to force us to take the flowers as she had left her baby in the car! She panicked when unable to find the mailroom and came back in hysterics - I told her she shouldn't be leaving a child unattended in a car while completing deliveries. Feeling quite disturbed, I have rung the H/O to complain and they were more concerned whether we had received the flowers.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day yesterday and they thought it would be great to confirm my order the not deliver it. I would recommend staying away from these clowns!
