STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could rate this place -5 star I would but google only allows me to rate them one star. There Aim Is To Be The Best, Not The Biggest if far from what they promise everyone. New owners George is honest but Tim is nothing but lies and more lies. Their service is disgusting and owner is extremely pushy. Customers have been waiting for their headstone for their loved ones for over 2-3 yrs. I would not waste my time or energy with these horrible lying people. Everything that comes out there mouths are LIES
Nalty Memorials have been extremely good to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Amalia was professional whilst being thoughtful and caring of our wishes, her understanding and communication throughout was excellent. All details were double checked and timing was as agreed. Amalia’s Dad and team were knowledgeable, the pleasing result reflecting their good craftsmanship. Thank you all so much for helping us through this sad and emotional time.

Nalty Memorials repaired my parent’s grave after it was damaged from heavy rain. Response was quick, and during the process they kept me informed of the progress. I was very happy of the end result. I thank them very much for the repairs and I highly recommend them.
We engaged Nalty Memorials to provide inscription and photo plaque on the headstone of our late mother. It is worth noted that the inscription is not in English but comprises of Chinese characters. In addition, Amalia of Nalty Memorials was tasked to order and install a new plaque for our late father's headstone adjacent to our late mum but erected 25 years ago. We are absolutely impressed with Amalia's people skills, her attention to details and her timely updating on the progress of the job. When we informed Amalia that part of the old inscription of our late father was weathered and faded, she took the liberty to organise her team members to re-gild the affected parts at no extra cost ! We are impressed with the team at Nalty Memorials running that extra mile and their superior craftsmanship. We highly recommend Nalty Memorials to anyone who require headstone service. P.S. The current management at Nalty Memorials provides an excellent service totally different from that of the past management.
