These guys did work that we didn't ask for. They need to be transparent about what they are doing. 
When we queried the bill the young new boss, he's taken over from his Dad, was very rude and abrupt!
A customer should be able to query the bill and be spoken to professionally.
Wouldn't recommend at all!!
