I went to take a passport photo in the morning and it still hasn’t been processed a day and a half later. Was told it would be done in 30 minutes, but was told he needs another 50minutes 3 hours later, and he ended up not sending or answering the phone call the next day. Still waiting on the photo as well.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Ridiculously overpriced. $5 for printing basic documents on just plain white paper 1-5 sheets. And the guy at the counter is simply the most unenthusiastic person I've ever met. Just go to other printing shop nearby. Take another 8 minutes walk to the one at market square, they charge $0.10 only.

I have been to this shop for many years, I may understand why they charge for higher for print, they used to have good services, Tyson is like a friend to a customer like me.

do not trust the trade hour. it said open at 9am, it was still closed when I left at 10:10am.

Partner and I have visited on a number of occasions, always received good quality service and incredibly professional looking prints on shirts and mugs. Absolutely recommend these guys, you won't regret it!

I went to this shop to take my passport photo yesterday. It was very unprofessional and unfriendly service.

I had an odd sized poster. Thought I’d have to spend $150+ getting it framed but the guy here found a frame that would almost work. He trimmed the poster and put it altogether free of charge. Very impressed.

I went there for printing a document of one page. They charged $5 for the job. What a rip off!!
