Not a good nights sleep with my brand new ensemble, instead of trying to brain wash everyone into buying these new type mattresses the rest of the world are sleeping on, which are more expensive also, why don't A H Beard try something old and revert back to the way the mattresses were made, i guarantee they didn't have the sagging problems then. Something has drastically gone wrong with the manufacturing of mattresses and this needs to change now.

Thankyou for replacing the pillowtop on our old (8yr old) mattress it is perfect -  like brand new again. So impressed with the level of service, replacement mattress for 2 week, at no cost to us - well done we are big fans A H Beard.  Nice to deal with a company who goes beyond  your expectations!

We are 77 years old and moved into new apartment and of course wanted a new bed  .   We purchased 2 sleep by number beds paid a absolute fortune, they are the worst beds we have ever slept on     A H Beard do not want to know you for after sales service    We sent 3 emails to their customer service who did not give me the courtesy of a  reply No doubt we will need to buy conventional beds and i can assure you they won't be AHBeards.don't fall for the sleep number gimmick

THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY I HAVE DELT WITH WITH A SUBORDINARY CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. I REQUESTED A NEW BED AS THE BED THAT I ORDERED AND HAD DELIVERED WAS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO HAVE THE BED COLLECTED AND A LOANER BED DELIVERED THE LOANER BED IS 50 TIMES WORSE THAN THE BED THAT I ASKED TO HAVE REPLACED. 
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AN AH BEARD BED AGAIN ABSOLUTE RUBBISH BEDS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND HAS COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.

NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS RUBBISH MATTRESS AND AM DESPERATE TO GET IT OUT OF MY HOUSE. I'M CALLING ACCC IN THE AM AND WILL TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY !!!!!
