I made an appointment for a check up as a first time customer a week prior and was told the appointment length is around 30 minutes for a check up. I organised my day around this appointment and allowed myself sufficient time to attend the appointment during my lunch break from work. Being 20 weeks pregnant, I have been using alot of sick leave to make appointments, so the fact I could fit this one in a lunch break break was great. I arrived 5 minutes early and was asked to wait. I could hear people chatting behind the reception wall. 35 minutes later, once my entire allocated appointment time was over and I remained there patiently waiting (there was no-one on reception), I had to open and close the front door to make enough noise so someone would come out from behind the wall. I then advised them I had to leave and return to work. Complete waste of my time and lunch-less lunch while being 20 weeks pregnant. Thanks a lot.

Was recommended this dentist by family and have taken my children here. Melissa on reception is great, very helpful and informative and the dentists are great with managing the kids and making it as enjoyable as possible. Will be going back for me and my kids and would recommend to others as well.
