I called Emily the morning of a birthday to see if she sold ready made cakes as I am new to the area and was looking for good quality ready made cake orders can be quite costly is all. Emily did not have anything ready made, however she had a chocolate cake ready to be dressed. I gave her a vague artistic direction of sparkly pastel rainbow cake and by golly did she deliver! I felt so bad she was making me a cake the day of, I was more than happy to go elsewhere, but Emily went above and beyond! Not only that, but an EXTREMELY affordable price!  Not only all of that amazing work, but she had her little baby with her. She managed to make this happen amongst all her orders and looking after a child! I will be 100% going to see Emily to replan my wedding as I need a new florist and baker. Could not recommend A Bunch Of Cakes any more highly!

I ordered a Frozen themed cake for my daughter’s birthday from here last week. I’ve ordered cakes from here before, and once again, we loved what we got! The chocolate mud cake was delicious - not too dense or rich as mud cakes can sometimes be - and it looked fantastic! My daughter loved it and we got so many compliments on it. I’ve bought flowers here before too - they do beautiful arrangements. I’m so pleased I found this place! 5+ Stars from me!

Recently bought flowers for my best friends housewarming party. The bouquet I received were stunning to say the least! Very affordable and I got quite a few comments on how beautiful my flowers were. I cannot recommend A Bunch Of Cakes enough. The cupcakes also deserve a mention. The detail in their appearance is on point and they taste as good as they look. Thank you again for all your help.

I couldn't be happier with the beautiful Australian Native flowers I ordered today for my daughter. Emily was very helpful and made the process very easy. Omgoodness... how lucky were we to stumble across this gem of a cake shop situated in this awesome little hub of shops in Spotswood! There's something joyful and fun about the cupcakes at A Bunch of Cakes. The delicious dense little cakes are fitted with a head of puffy cream icing and statement garnishes gold flakes, flowers ect. The flavours range from classic to totally out there andddddd they have gluten free and vegan cakes so nobody misses out! Not only are the cupcakes worth crossing the Westgate bridge for BIG CALL BUT COMPLETELY WORTHY the florist there is all sorts of amazing. I have gone in couple of times now with some vague requests “can I have a native, but not too native poesy for my mum for $25ish?” and always walked out ecstatic. Last time I was in there I also purchased some aromatherapy products & a tea to help with my cold. The owner was very knowledgeable on the aromatherapy products and their advantages and much to my surprise I felt better in no time. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this eclectic little store!

After moving back to the area recently I decided to support the local florist rather than going to where ive been going for many years  bridge road florist in Richmond. I noticed that they had some pre made flowers in vases made up selling for $100 which a guy two customes ahead of me purchased and was told the vase was included. When I was served I asked for something similar to be made up with out the vase and the lady behind the counter told me I can have that one with out the vase if I wanted. I agreed but when I went to pay after she wrapped it she changed me the full amount even though the vase wasn't included. When I questioned it she said that price wasn't included. I questioned her about it and she said no the vase was extra. After hearing that the vase was included for one customer and not another not to mention what you get for the price you pay I'll be returning to bridge road florist for future business.

A Bunch of Cakes, with its friendly staff,  makes such delicious cupcakes and are the best I have ever tasted. Keep on making these and no doubt they will be even tastier during lockdown!
