This guy where do I start, Had my washing machine for 3 months in that time I was told one line after the other / he had friends in high places at Samsung / would not change quote from original price (Original quote was for $350 then started saying would be no more than $400-$450)/ he wanted money from me before he done the work. When I dropped off the machine I told him what the error code was. When I goggled this it was a clutch motor issue. After 2 months he said he had stripped the machine right down and it was in great condition so had to be loom wires or PCB board. This was not the case at all and completely wasted my time and left my family with no way to clean our clothes. I spent so much money on the laundry matt in 3 months I could have just bought a new machine. Very disappointed in the end he never fixed anything and told me it was the Clutch and could not get parts.
