I have been going to this location for the past 6+ years. It really has changed, but not for the better. From booking through the call center, which by the way, I’ve never had to do before to the customer service provided at the location. The gentleman told me that transportation would be provided for me. It was not, so I had to Uber 2 times for that oil change. When I talked to the manager Glenn he explained that transportation rules have changed and they only provide it for a job that will take over three hours. Since Glenn told me me it would be just an hour I decided to come out of pocket and paid over $30 in fares. Thank God I didn’t listen to Glenn about the hour wait, because it took nearly 3 hours. When I came back to get my car I was speaking to Glenn, another customer came up behind me and I was brushed aside and he dealt with him. I asked if he had a special VIP card? And Glenn said no. Holly, the manager has always been amazing and I love working with her. Not sure if I will be returning back after this experienceService:&nbsp;Oil change

If I was able to give Adam 6 stars, I would do it right away. He gave new meaning to the word customer service. He went above and beyond to find me the most affordable rate, even after I switched up the purchased vehicle 5 times. He was very patient, rationale, and reasonable when dealing our family and I will not buy any type of insurance from anyone else in the future...Adam even was able to adjust the effective date to reflect a Sunday purchase and even called us the morning of to ask if we needed anything else from him. Buy you car or renters' insurance from Adam Weiss. There's certain professions such as an electrician  or a plumber, that once you find someone you trust, you keep, and I found mine for car insurance, and it Adam at AAA. Highly recommend

Was having trouble in Connecticut pulling a camper on some of the highways. Stopped in for a triptik. They were courteous and so very helpful. Thanks we'll be back

If I could give this place no stars I would! The did an oil change and didn’t put the cap back on my car. It leaked to where there was no oil in the tank. The new manager Glenn gave me two free oil changes. I just went to get my last oil change and out of no where I had a nail in my tire. There wasn’t air leaking and I have had 3 nails in my tire and I had to constantly put air in my tire. Sad to say I know for a fact this was purposely done. I was a great customer there but will not be going back! EVER SINCE STEVEN HAS LEFT THAT PLACE HAS WENT INTO THE WHOLE! The blond lady also isn’t professional at all. Adam Weiss is a top notch Insurance Consultant   I won't use the word salesperson because he truly takes a consultative approach that puts the customer's beat interest first.  He is honest, eithical, professional and and articulate.  He steered me in the right direction and provided what was best for my needs.

Maggie and Holli are the best. I’m always totally satisfied with the experience. Maggie is quick and courteous. Totally recommend AAA Brick.

I had bad spark plugs which was causing misfires and they were able to dish and fix it. Holli and Glen were very helpful and kind and explained in full detail with pictures of the service that was completed.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair
