Terrible customer service and huge attitudes in the trade centre. Went in there looking for a seal for the bottom of the shower door. The girl at the front desk sent me out to the trade centre, and the guy at the trade centre desk asked me if I knew the make of the shower, which I don't because it's just a shower over bath swing door ie. No make, just a standard door but told him it was 6mm glass. He rolled his eyes. Then he said i would need to bring in a bit of the old one... I asked if I could look at the ones in stock and he rudely replied with "no - no you can't" and went back to his computer. My question is why the attitude? I know it's 6mm glass, I know what it looks like, I know what I'm looking for - stop talking to customers like that. Try helping people out. Won't be back.
These guys were good. Trade is down that funny side street but the staff were easy and made for a stress free pick up
Great company to deal with. Very friendly and helpful team. Great range of Kitchen appliances on display. This retailer is a great support to Parmco a top quality 100% owned company with a 7 year warranty.
I have been using here since 2015 on and off with a few renovations. I've had excellent service and when a suppliers items failed, zips gets me a better replacement. The shop, trade and office staff have been very nice to me. I highly recommend.
Have good sales, but cannot provide adequate service once they've got your money. Continually provided incorrect shower components which cost me money and consequently my bathroom took 2 weeks to do rather than 4 days. Will never use them again. Shouldn't have these fantastic sales if they can't back them with good service.
I have never received such poor service from anyone. After purchasing items at a sale we were told they would arrive within 5 days. After five days we contacted Zip to find out where our order was, since then we have had to call ourselves at least 8 times only to hear our order will be a couple of days away multiple times. It is now 3 weeks later and we have finally received all parts of our order after telling them we want a refund and we’re going elsewhere. Every staff member we have dealt with has been extremely rude and no one has apologised for the mistakes that have been made. We will not be returning to Zip and I highly recommended thinking twice before you visit them.
You need more staff. Never go there on a Saturday morning! Chaos. Eventually got what I wanted but they did lose it and then found it again! They have got better. Nice kitchen appliance selection upstairs.
Went to "100% NEWBOLDS" in ZIP they are fantastic. The best knowledge in there products and customer service is outstanding. I'll recommend them to everyone. I'll be definitely going back again. THANKS GUYS!!
I was thoroughly impressed dealing with David and the team at Zip Hutt Valley. David's friendly advice helped me to get across the line and pull the trigger on purchasing fixtures for two new bathrooms. Even when I, of my own accord, ordered a wrong item, David arranged to have it replaced and delivered within 24 hours with zero hassle. I can't recommend David and the Zip Hutt Valley team highly enough and will definitely return for future purchases and advice. Thanks!
Helpful until you've paid for your order - then not so much. Very difficult and disappointing to deal with. Edit - the staff are clearly working hard and doing their best but they are too thin on the ground. This results in poor service.
