Amber you are lovely, but you talk too much. I was given a voucher of $218, you knew the amount I had to spend. I didn't get my hair cut just foiled and extra colour was used.. After looking up your price list I see that you charge extra to have your hair curled with the straighter.... You asked me if I wanted it done... Never mentioned that was an added cost! It cost over $300! I was not expecting to have to pay over $100 extra! $300 is almost our week's worth of groceries for our family of 5. The colour has not blended in with my grey hair at all. I understand that it's a process but my hair is taking on more of an orange colour, which I absolutely hate and it looks terrible. I am unbelievably disappointed and won't be coming back.
Just back from a haircut with Erin. For once I felt listen to about what I wanted and had the best cut in years. Thank you Erin!

Fist time visiting and I couldn't believe the wealth and breadth of knowledge these lovely girls have. The atmosphere was so comfortable and friendly, the girls were super friendly and chatty and the amazing Amber just seemed to know what colour would suit me and how to fix the terrible yellowish colour I had in my hair from previous attempts with other hairdressers as well as what colour to do a root retouch. Erin was amazing putting the toner in my hair, the blending is just so much better and smoother,, we had a great conversation and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't believe ny results, I was so impressed and happy I couldn't help but shed a few tears of gratefulness. The difference it makes going to a salon where the hairdressers actually know what colours work based on skin type, eye colour etc and are willing to share hair care knowledge and give advice on product use......just everything, I'm just stunned and amazed and so very grateful and thankful I found you guys, thank you so so much!
Went here a few weeks ago to get a much needed styling of my bum length hair. I hadn’t had my hair cut in over 2 years and I wanted a change. I can not believe how much I love my new hair, it was a bit shorter than I expected but it suits me way better. Amber did an amazing job. Thank you!
