Story

Twenty years ago I was facing real personal challenges. Alone, in another country, with a failing relationship, I was looking for help but getting nowhere. I had read about holistic healing; using a combination of mind, body and emotional work to heal, and after becoming disillusioned with what my doctor what recommending I decided to give it a try. It opened my eyes and after finding a holistic healer and allowing myself to trust, I let go and started creating my new life.

It spurred me on to leave my office job and follow my bliss. I moved home to New Zealand and started my own healing business, Essential Holistic Living, and for almost two decades I supported the people of Southland with a mixture of energy work (Reiki), counselling and life planning, mindfulness meditation and therapeutic massage.

Over the years I've helped many people form every walk of life; Mums wanting more from the relationship with their partner, teenagers looking for motivation, to farmers and business men who are stuck on the work “treadmill" and can’t see a path forward.

In late 2016 I moved to the Kapiti Coast, and like my move twenty years earlier, I was motivated to take a new step forward. I was captivated by the energy and beauty of the Coast, and it has given me a new zest. A zest to help others, to remove pain and heal, or to learn to plan and achieve they're goals.
