Qualifications:
- NZQA Practical and Theoretical course in Holistic Massage Therapy.
- Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Certificate with Stillness Trainings.
- NZQA Accredited course in Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage Therapy Techniques.

We went for the couples deep tissue full body massage. I was quite apprehensive beforehand. However, I have to say that it was one of the most relaxing experience's that I've ever had. You could tell that the masseuse was very experienced. The fact that it was a full body means it was very reasonably priced too. The session was carried out in a hygienic way and both members of staffing were professional throughout. One thing to note is that the entrance is to the rear of number 10 Lever Street. We'll definitely be coming back soon.
Wow. Amazing massages . Never thought I could have an authentic Thai traditional massage here in the UK……..better than a physio for sure . Professional, clean and respectable. No where else can offer this type of service . Thank you so much. Highly recommended . In fact I would say don’t bother with anyone else in Manchester or even Europe. I have travelled all over and Sen Thai Spa is by far the best !

I was very disappointed with todays massage, I booked in for a zen Thai massage for myself, my mum, brother and sister. I was running 15 minutes late I called the receptionist and informed her she told me it was fine since my siblings were booked after myself and my mum- the receptionist said this so I thought everything was fine and we would have our treatment she didn’t mention anything on arrival. If she had told me we wouldn’t have the full treatment I would have rescheduled! The two therapist rushed our treatment and completed it within 35 minutes when we had paid for a 50 minutes appointment the same had occurred for my siblings and they reached to the spa on time! My therapist I didn’t catch her name a slim lady was good but felt too rushed, the lady my mum had missed steps did one arm in such a way but missed steps to the other arm. I was watching her whilst my therapist was massaging myself, the other therapist was looking at the lady doing my treatment and rushed onto the next area of body! She only spent 2 minutes on my mums head. The lady who massages my mum also massages my sister and my sister’s pain on her back and neck has gotten worse she didn’t take good care. Very, very disappointed since I did all my research before booking and paid for the full amount! Will never be returning again!! I also had my baby with me in the waiting room whilst my siblings went in for their treatment the receptionist didn’t allow me to feed my baby and told us to leave, baring in mind the spa was empty we were the only clients there. I was running late for my massage, the manager very kindly managed to squeeze me in when she didn't have to as it was my fault I was late. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there and it defintely won't be my last, the massage was 10/10!
Really relaxing couples massage - the masseuses were very friendly and professional and clearly have a lot of experience. Made us feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Would definitely go back!!
I prepaid a traditional thai massage at Zen Thai Spa. Traditional thai massage is always without oil. When I arrived I found out that they only do massages with oil. The owner promised to refund me which he never did. Strange shop, avoid!
The score is addressed to the customer service. Before book the treatment, i asked if i could receive a tax invoice for the service to claim the cost with insurance, receiving a positive answer. However after treatment I never received any invoice, i claimed it several time by email, never received an answer. I called few times and the guy always find an excuse, now he is not answering anymore my calls. Not the way to work. Very disappointing.
DO NOT GO HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MAKE YOU STAND IN THE COLD AND CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT WHEN WE ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH WE WERE 15 MINUTES EARLY, WE WERE TOLD TO COME BACK AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND THEN THEY CANCELLED AFTER HAVING US WAIT 20 MINUTES IN THE COLD. SAVE YOUR MONEY THEIR ARE WAY BETTER PLACES TO GO THEN HERE.
