Very friendly staff except for the lady, if she is there I avoid the place. Been going there for over 4 years now and today I was after a piece of mirror glass, i wouldn't mind it's not original it was a stick on, they wanted $30 for it so I left it . I understand it's not the employees fault for the pricing but you have to wonder why businesses are closing down. Times are changing and things can be imported from overseas for less than what others are charging. These say keep it local which is fine but dont over charge and expect customers to keep coming. I've ordered the glass now from overseas. Don't mind waiting for a fraction of the price.

Sort the rude and disgusting woman out on your front desk. Every time my partner has been there he has had encountered rude behaviour from this woman who sounds like she should be retired somewhere. Normally we just shrug it off like she's having a bad day but after experiencing it for what seems like the hundredth time from this woman today, we will not be back. Just FYI lady, the part you said my partner wasn't allowed to buy is actually listed as a part for sale on your website. Go get some reading glasses or better yet a job where you know what you're talking about. Because cars isn't your string suit

Old Blonde lady was so rude! From the second we went to walk in - maybe if you want to work in a job with customers you should learn some customer service skills! Overall place was good but a little cleaned out. Such a shame about the service from staff.
