Absolutely fantastic gym. The coaching is first-class and the members are friendly. Good range of equipment and facilities. Suitable for beginners right through to competitive athletes due to the way the classes are structured. Would highly recommend.
We always feel welcome and always have fun working out with this family. Definitely a challenge both mentally and physically but it’s such a great vibe that it’s one of the best hours of the day.
