The agent is incredibly unprofessional and does not know how to communicate. It is unacceptable to arrange a viewing of a property 3 hours in advance and be told 2 minutes before the viewing time that it is no longer happening. The agent seems to be either lazy or unorganized - possibly both with no respect or consideration of others.

nothing but a bad experience in my personal opinion.

Don Ha is the most beneficial agent you could ever use, despite all these negative reviews. Knowing him personally I can assure you he is nothing like these reviews have portrayed him and do not know where this negativity has come from, if they were true he would not have the success that he does today.

Don Ha is a dishonest person who, when we caught him out on sharing wrong facts, became unfriendly, too. Worst real estate experience we had in NZ so far.
