Great Mexican food with a great cause. Dine-in or takeaway, snack or meal. I always feel satisfied after eating here, the food is generous and filling. The beans and vegetables are fresh. There are so many great options for vegans here including vegan friendly sauces, I usually order the nachos or a bowl. There is however an inconsistency in portions, some servers will give you more or less and the offerings can be different. Due to this, some dining experiences here are better than others. However, the staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Price is worth it, big proportions which I love. Very tasty and filling. Great customer service, patient and willing to help.
Seriously, you'd swear the cost of food was coming out of the servers pay cheque. Literally do not bother going here if you're in anyway hungry. Absolutely not worth the money. So expensive for what you get, it was a joke.
Not bad. The staff are always under the pump so the quality varies depending on who you get and how short staffed they are.
A superb place to grab a bite with family! The food always fresh and tasty yummy. Highly recommend it to all!
Stopped by for a late night snack before driving down to Ruapehu. Had the burrito and it was a nice snack on the walk up to my car. Cheap, tasty and filling so it was a win.
Bad customer service and paid 15 dollars for a "bowl" of little food
Small busy place. Decent burrito but not amazing. Friendly staff.Food: 3/5
I’ve been a regular customer here since last 5 years but since the last manager Hannah has left the issues started. The staff told me we don’t get our usual discount as they changed it out of nowhereunderstandable maybe changed that after lockdown but we do give them discount in our store. And in my last order the lady told me that I can’t have my usual salads as we get $1 discount. The staff just kept arguing that we can’t get all the salads on Nachos as they changed their policy again! See I work in retail and understand how things work I would rather pay a $1 more and get what I want instead of getting what they have to offer. Problem here is the stafflady was not even willing to do so until I asked for it. She just kept saying “no we can’t do it”! I usually don’t do this as I work in the same kind of an industry but I’ve been a loyal customer since last so many years and bad customer service just makes me feel like never going to this place again. And yes had to mention the food quality has also degraded for some reason and it will be nice if these things are being looked at or else you will be losing customers day by day.
Tiny place but the staff make it work. Long queues at lunch rush are gone within a couple minutes because the service is so quick, yet with high standards. In the heat of the moment the employees are still patient and helpful with recommendations. Don't miss out on the funny pictures in between the entry doors!
