Extra spacious lane 1 and also 2, for when you’re towing a longer and unusual trailer, like mine. Nobody complains here that they can’t pass or one blocks the pump. Super nice staff every time and tidy site with soapy wash water available if needed.nPlus a great place to check the tyre pressure on your trailer as it’s got plenty of room to manoeuvre at the rear.
Such great, consistent, and friendly service. The night staff go above and beyond. They are all amazing, but this one man, Nirmal I believe his name is, really sets the bar! Thanks to him and the rest of the team. Such friendly and attentive service. Makes me proud that the Z station on the coast has such a good rotation of people. It really makes a difference
Again is there anything worse than a 1 star. I came in yesterday morning about 4am I heard the beep go off there was a Indian guy walking around inside he looked straight at me but totally ignored me and continued to walk around I was standing outside in the cold. I then made the beep go off again and knocked on the door.nnI then took his time to walk up to the counter this whole waiting around was 5mins standing outside. He finally opened the door when I said I was outsider in the cold he claimed he didn’t hear the beep but he looked directly at me he still claimed he didn’t hear it.nnThe service was shocking he then had the nerve to tell me to not come back, well he is correct I will not be back to that Z Station.nnThe customer service from that guy was bad and didn’t apologise just told be to not come back.nnNot happy at all.
A shout out to Nirmal. Such a friendly and helpful chap and a real standout member of the Z team.nDid I also mention that he makes a fantastic coffee for me at 5.00am every morning.
This is my fave place to get coffee. The barista that normally works Monday-Friday k ows me by name and always very nice, service is great!
