I live locally and come here often. I felt the service I received on Sunday night was unacceptable. The station was in night pay, and Shane didn’t seem happy to get or make anyone’s order. He’d walk away from me as I was saying what my order was then come back frustrated raising his voice at me getting me to repeat my order again because he wouldn’t hear it. Then he proceeded to make the wrong order and get even more mad when I was correcting him that I wanted oat milk instead of dairy. Made a big huff about it, stopped what he was doing and slowly walked back to the till to charge me an extra $.90cents. I was shocked at his pettiness and attitude. Both my friends saw me order a drink with crystal clear instructions saying oat milk at the start of the order and he didn’t listen then made it into a drama. Some stations don’t even charge for alt milk I felt he was taking it a bit far with slowing down the whole process and waiting to charge me before resuming making orders. I waiting about 8-10 minutes for 2 hot chocolates and a pie.n1 star for the hot chocolates though. Saw him put next to no chocolate in the cup and I received a cup of milk with a slight aftertaste of chocolate. My brother’s drink was slightly burnt too.nnLiving close to this establishment I find I use its services regularly but will start minimising my visits from now
Can we not order hot drinks at a certain time? Every time I have been in to order a coffee I am told by the same young man, either he is cleaning the machine or it is switched off. Between the hours of 11pm and 2am usually. Yet I can order online and it seems fine?????
Went to z station 2 nights in a row and Shane was angry and mad ,he messed up a order on the first night. We then came last night and Shane was on again still looked like he was a bit annoyed and he then over charged me.
I am from Australia and travelling around Tauranga and surrounding areas. Today, I found myself with a flat tyre, and the rental company was of no help to say the least.nThe staff at 'Z Palm Beach' petrol station were very helpful. Especially Moses and Ethan. They were both amazing, caring gentlemen and extremely generous with their time and assistance. Moses and Ethan went out of their way to help me navigate the unfortunate situation.nTHANK YOU both, you were amazing!nI will never forget your kindness 5
